Dirk and Julie are retired Montana judges with over 50 years of combined experience in the legal system as lawyers and judges.

Dirk most recently served for 8 years as a Montana Supreme Court Justice, following 14 years as a District Judge in the Montana Eighth Judicial District Court in Great Falls and Cascade County.  Julie most recently served for 16 years as a District Judge, also in the Montana Eighth Judicial District Court in Great Falls and Cascade County.

Drawing from our extensive legal expertise, understanding of conflict resolution, and experience as neutral third parties, we now specialize in helping individuals, businesses, and organizations mutually resolve their disputes through mediation.
